Pintails are renowned for dropshot rig fishing, yet the Pintius remains completely underrated! Dart Jig Specialist: Thanks to its slim shape, the Pintius glides along our Tungsten Dart Jigs in a seductive darting motion through the water, sparking the predatory instinct of our beloved game fish.

Carolina and Texas Rig Magician: The lightly buoyant material gives the Pintius a unique action that fish rarely have seen before. Your choice of hook determines its underwater performance – from a tantalizing side-to-side movement along the bottom to a slow, vertical lift.

During testing, numerous large bass and an astonishing number of pike-perch were caught simply by leaving the Pintius stationary – and suddenly: Bam!

Dropshot Rig Champion: The quintessential pintail, with the twist that the Pintius survives encounters with fish much better. Almost no pre-programmed lure loss when nose-hooking!

Insider tip: Where other soft baits are already destroyed, the Pintius shows its true strength and durability. After a few catches it might become slightly deformed, but a quick soak in hot water is all it takes to restore its original shape. Like all Toppies soft baits, the Pintius was designed by us in Switzerland, drafted in CAD, and the prototypes were cast in our in-house workshop.

WARNING: These lures must not be stored with soft baits from other manufacturers. Conventional lures are often made with aggressive and toxic plasticizers that attack our rubber compounds. They are best stored in the supplied packaging (including tray) inside a new or carefully cleaned lure box. The lures must not be exposed to high heat, as this can cause deformations.
