Hostagevalley – Troubletail

The Hostagevalley Troubletail follows the same design philosophy as the Hostagevalley Shad, relying on ultra-realistic details such as sculpted gills, a defined mouth shape, 3D eyes, and lifelike fins. Built for pike, it offers a unique swimming behaviour that sets it apart from traditional softbaits.

Unique Swimming Action:
Unlike most soft lures, the Troubletail produces a straight, stable swim with almost no rolling. Its oversized tail creates a tight, high-frequency left-to-right oscillation, imitating a fleeing baitfish and displacing a significant amount of water. These unusual vibrations are extremely effective at triggering predator strikes, even when retrieved very slowly.

Realistic Design & Durability:
Just like the Shad version, the Troubletail features precise anatomical details and a robust body structure. Its dense material makes it far more durable than standard softbaits, allowing it to withstand repeated bites and long sessions.
