This return policy applies to all purchases made on www.baitbrigade.com, operated by PHARMA IMPEX, registered under number BE0763.508.477, with registered office at Chaussée de Bruxelles 101, 6211 Mellet, Belgium.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without providing any reason and without penalty.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw in writing by contacting our customer service at:

You may use a withdrawal form or any other clear and unambiguous written statement.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all products must be returned:
- In new, unused condition
- In their original packaging
- With all original labels, tags, and stickers attached
- With all accessories, manuals, and documentation included
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
Returns must be sent within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Any return that does not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. Refunds
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days.
The refund will include the initial standard delivery costs and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- An error on our part (incorrect or damaged product)
- A clearly proven non-conformity of the product
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
- Products with an expired or very short shelf life
